| Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (“CCM”) is a leading
manufacturer and supplier of chlor-alkali and polymer chemicals
in Malaysia. As at 16 March 2021, CCM became a wholly-owned
subsidiary of BKB. CCM's manufacturing sites are situated in Pasir
Gudang (Johor), Shah Alam, and Bandar Baru Bangi (Selangor).
CCM’s annual capacity is 76,000 metric tonnes of caustic soda
100% and 28,000 metric tonnes of polymer coatings and cleaners. |

| Used as coagulant of natural and synthetic rubber lattices. |

| Used in water treatment, sewerage treatment and pulp and paper manufacturing. |
