an investment holding company with subsidiaries and associates involved
in plantations, oleochemical, manufacturing and sale of industrial
chemicals, general transportation services, property development and
investment holding.
The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act,
1965 on 9 December 1965 and was listed on the Bursa Malaysia Main
Market (formerly known as the KLSE Main Board) on 12 October 1971. |
